A Political Map of China and Tibet

As I was reading some news about China's handling of Tibetan protests back in 2008, the image of a map with China dominating Tibet typographically as much as militarily popped into my head. So I decided to quickly draw it up.
Traditionally, the term political map just meant a map that focused on cities and capitals over geography. But in today’s world, the term really has a double meaning. Any act of communication, a work of art, a map, a protest sign is also political if those in power don’t agree. The same can be true for the statements of those in power.
